We offer a hassle-free convenient pickup and drop off location right in the heart of Coral Bay.

Coral Bay Boat Ramp/Dinghy Dock – close to Skinny Legs Bar & Grill. Take Centerline Rd to Coral Bay. At the Coral Bay Welcome Sign – Continue East (left). After the Fire Station turn Right – Continue towards the water. Park anywhere in general area-DO NOT BLOCK boat ramp.

SALT+LIME and SALT DECK shuttles pick up at the dirt boat ramp to the left of the concrete dinghy dock. Salt Shaker and Knot E Buoys pick up at the concrete dinghy dock.

Pick-up and drop-off is in Coral Bay, St. John ONLY. We DO NOT offer any pick-ups outside of Coral Bay at this time.

YES! Charter trips are operated as a service to you. We hire the best Captains to ensure you the BEST service. Our Captains are legally licensed, highly qualified, very funny, and live locally to ensure you the safest and most fun & enlightening experience. We carry the highest respect for our Captains and know our guests are in the best of hands.

Industry standard is 20% the base price of the trip (+ any additional guests, and before discounts). Tipping appropriately is the best way to say, ‘thank you!’

What about weather cancellations? Unless there is an “Act of God” or conditions prevent us from safely taking you out (Captain’s discretion), we will still run charters, rain or shine. We guarantee a little liquid sunshine won’t ruin your day (trust us, it rains a little bit every other day)…it will add rainbows!

We ride rain or shine! We will not cancel for rainy or cloudy weather, but if you choose to do so, please understand that our cancellation policy still stands.

Cancellation BEFORE 7 days of trip (or more) receives a full refund.

Cancellations WITHIN 7 days of trip will NOT receive a refunded deposit, but your deposit can be used towards a future trip.

Cancellations within 24 hours or No Shows, will be charged the FULL amount PLUS 20% gratuity.

Cancellations due to unsafe waters/weather conditions (determined by Captain day-of) will be refunded in full.

SALT+LIME shuttle only cancels if Lime Out is closed. If Lime Out closes because of weather or other issues, the shuttle booking will be refunded.

No shows (or if you’re late for your allotted time slot) will still be charged the full ticket amount for the SALT+LIME shuttle.

We strive to offer all inclusive pricing for your day in the salt and sun. Some of our itineraries involve variable costs that we clearly explain at booking (fuel, customs fees, etc). We gladly book with credit card through our website or by phone (340) 690-SALT, with a $200 deposit. Remainder of balance will be charged with the credit card on file, the day of the charter. We never visit the fuel dock with you onboard, so fuel and other additions (extending your day, etc) will be charged within 3 business days after your charter is complete, with the credit card on file.

At time of booking, you can add special requests, like a cooler of Irie Pops or another jug of Guava Rum Lemonade.
